Koze Head Spa & More - Lash Extension Policy
Introduction:
At Koze Head Spa & More, we are dedicated to providing you with beautiful and long-lasting lash extensions. To ensure the best possible experience and results, we have established the following policies.
Consultation:
A consultation is recommended for all new lash extension clients. During the consultation, we will discuss your desired look, assess your natural lashes, and determine the appropriate lash extensions for you.
Please inform your lash technician of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before the application.
Application:
Please arrive at your appointment with clean, makeup-free lashes.
Contact lenses should be removed before the application.
The application process can take between one and a half hours up to three hours, depending on the desired look.
Please remain still and keep your eyes closed during the application.
Aftercare:
Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24-48 hours after application.
Do not use oil-based products around your eyes.
Do not rub or pull on your lashes.
Clean your lashes daily with a lash-safe cleanser.
Do not use mascara on your lash extensions.
Avoid using an eyelash curler.
Schedule regular fill appointments every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain the fullness of your lashes.
Fills:
Fill appointments are necessary to replace lashes that have shed naturally.
We recommend scheduling fills every 2 to 3 weeks.
If you arrive for a fill appointment with less than 40% of your extensions remaining, a full set may be required.
Removals:
Lash extensions should be removed by a professional lash technician to avoid damaging your natural lashes.
Do not attempt to remove your lash extensions yourself.
Allergies and Reactions:
While rare, allergic reactions can occur. If you experience any redness, itching, or swelling, please contact us immediately.
A patch test can be performed before the full application to assess potential allergic reactions.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the service.
Payment:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance for your service is due at the time of your appointment.
Liability:
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, we are not liable for any allergic reactions or other complications that may arise.
